NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
FRIDAY, 27TH JULY 2018 COMMENCING AT 9.15 P.M.
AT NORTH LEGION, L'ISLET

TO: ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS
AND TEAM CAPTAINS

The Annual General Meeting of the HERALD DARTS LEAGUE is to be held on Friday, 27th July 2018 upstairs at the North Legion, L'Islet commencing at 9.15 p.m.

Would all Team Captains please advise their players of this meeting. It is in all players interest to attend the AGM as there could possibly be matters on which they may wish to vote on or express an opinion.

Registrations will be taken at the AGM and the appropriate Registration Form is enclosed for your completion. Please return by FRIDAY, 10TH AUGUST 2018 at the latest please.

Would last year's teams please confirm to me by the AGM, if they are continuing with the forthcoming season.

Also would the current Committee Members confirm that they are willing to stand for a further year.
